Professional installation typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on the vehicle type. Our trained technicians will install the device at your preferred location (home, office, or anywhere convenient) within 24 hours of your order confirmation.

 

Our trackers are installed in hidden locations within your vehicle for maximum security. The exact location depends on the vehicle type but is typically concealed behind the dashboard or in the engine compartment. This prevents tampering and theft of the device.

 

No, our professional installation does not affect your vehicle's warranty. We use non-invasive installation methods and proper wiring techniques that comply with automotive standards. Our technicians are trained to install devices without modifying any factory components.
 
The Kill Switch (Engine Immobilizer) allows you to remotely disable your vehicle's engine through the mobile app or by calling our 24/7 support. When activated, the vehicle's fuel supply or ignition is cut off, preventing the engine from starting. This is extremely useful in case of theft – you can stop the vehicle from moving until it's recovered. Note: For safety reasons, the kill switch only prevents the engine from starting; it won't stop a moving vehicle.

 

Listen Mode is an advanced security feature that lets you hear audio from inside and around your vehicle in real-time through your mobile app. A sensitive microphone installed with the tracker captures sounds, allowing you to monitor suspicious activities, check if someone is tampering with your car, or even listen to conversations. This feature is particularly useful for vehicle security and monitoring driver behavior.
Our GPS trackers provide location accuracy of 2.5 to 5 meters under normal conditions. Location updates are sent every 5 seconds when the vehicle is moving, giving you real-time visibility. In areas with poor satellite coverage (tunnels, underground parking), the system uses cellular tower triangulation to provide approximate location.

 

Yes! Geofencing allows you to create virtual boundaries on the map. You'll receive instant notifications whenever your vehicle enters or exits these zones. This is perfect for monitoring if your vehicle leaves a designated area, tracking arrival at destinations, or ensuring company vehicles stay within authorized regions.

We offer both monthly and annual subscription options. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. Annual plans offer significant savings and include free installation and device. If you cancel an annual plan early, a prorated refund is available based on remaining months.
We provide 24/7 customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Our support team can help with tracking issues, device troubleshooting, and emergency assistance. Professional and Enterprise plan subscribers get priority support and a dedicated account manager. In case of vehicle theft, our recovery team works with law enforcement to help locate and recover your vehicle.
